I am looking to replace my A/P and G/L packages..

 

 I have been using Lawson for the last 20 years but the version I 
currently
have will not run on 5.3 .. For now, I have kept an

old AS400 around, running 5.2 until I can come up with a solution. 

 

Unfortunately, Lawson quotes have ranged from $12,000 to $140, 000 for an
upgrade,   which is a difficult sell as I 

combat the push for a PC Based package . (yes, I have sent a letter to
Lawson Corporate which has gone unanswered).

 

Does anybody have any reasonable recommendations ?  We are a small , 
simple
shop with an accounting department

Of about 5 users..
