Depends on how you want to build it.  If you are just going to have a batch
job periodically generate the reports as html then you only need the web
server.  Also, as suggested by others, you could use Net.Data (or CGI) to
build the reports on the fly and that just requires the web server.  If you
take a servlet based approach, then you will need a servlet engine to run
them.  Your options are Websphere Express and Tomcat.

I need to create a few browser-based reports (just simple SQL queries in
HTML tables) with data from our iSeries so I thought I'd look at
WebSphere Studio 5.1.  My question is if I create these dynamic reports
in WebSphere Studio, do I need WebSphere Express on the iSeries or can I
use Apache?  Would there be an advantage to purchasing Websphere
Express?  These reports are only for internal use (10 users max.)  I
hope I asked that right...
