We had the Vision solution in house for 2 years, but could never get
it to work and never had a HA with Vision solutions working though we
had two machines.

The couple of times that we tried to simulate a swtich to the HA
machine it took 7 hours and they did not do anything about that. I did
find that they were very hard to work with and seemed too big a
company to care about our situation. Finally we decided to not renew
the maintenance . Luckily we never needed the HA machine.

We have now signed up with iTera and they are coming in next week to
implement their solution and still have our fingers crossed.
