another V5R1 command question -- MIDRANGE-L

While looking through a clients V5R1 system, I came across and instruction that 
I had never seen before.

RUNBCKUP      there is no source for this instruction that I can find

They are also calling program   QEZBKUM  on another backup

Can anyone give me insight into these programs and commands?
