Our FTP/400 product has this command - library is RJSSTP. Is that where it is 
located? It sends any 400 object to another 400 using FTP - binary setting is 
automatic. 

But this is a sensible name for this kind of command and it could have come 
from anywhere. Google does not reveal anything other than posts from this list.
