can you be more specific.  I'm not exactly a network guy.  I only do interface 
programming.  What do you mean input fields.  This program is working correctly 
for every paging terminal except one.  It must be some type of connection 
setting.

protocol converters to POS terminals.  I have separate input and output
fields defined, no I/O fields.

anybody know what is the likely cause of the data being echo back to the
client program?
