BRMS V5R3 DUPMEDBRM problem

We are trying to duplicate volumes using the new V5R3 feature that compacts 
multiple tapes into one. Although the system has multiple volumes marked to be 
duplicated, the DUPMEDBRM command only does 1 volume then ends normally. There 
is only one system involved (the backup tape was created on the same system 
doing the duplication).
