You can upgrade if the hardware will support V5R3 and then have 70 days.

Old box is v5r2, new box is v5r3.  Old box is no longer under software 
maintenance, so they won't be upgrading it to v5r3 (at this time).

There are literally hundreds of WRKDIRE entries, each with an STMP 
address.  I sure don't want to key them manually, and will write a 
program if I need to (no biggie there)
