I went to the Type, Model, and Part Number List  in the maint. docs and 
looked up the 2740
card.  The battery number you need is 44L0305. I have a 44L0302 (for the 
2748) sorry.
 
If it's your DEV box then take it out an dhead for FRY's or RadioShack or 
?? I bet you can 
match the specs and connector and be fine...
