Create a new ID for him is easiest.  Just put a 3 in front of your profile
and copy it.

I have two AS400 user-ids my id and my friend's ID
If I want to model my friend's ID after my ID  what steps needs to be taken.
This is just to give access to my friend to access all menus I access.
