Yes, in this case "we" is IBM and IBM will be putting out a PTF for the
SNTP server.  The developers found that in some situations the SNTP server
would send a duplicate timestamp, which on some client interfaces would

Bruce, is the "we" you refer to IBM?  BTW, I have been syncing pc time
successfully with one of the NIST servers for several months now.  No
messages, no errors.
