We use the H$APIOBJ and the H$APIRMV Hawkeye API's. 

I think the API's that you have listed below are examples that hawkeye
supplies in source file QCLSRC1 in library HAWKEYE
   
We first use the H$APIRMV to remove all the entries from the hawkeye
database that we have added, and the next thing we do is we scan our
database and depending on data in certain files, we call the H$APIOBJ
to add data to their database, so that when can see the file usage in
hawkeye.
