We've used NewLook with a lot of success ... for details, see:

It requires AS/400 interactive capacity, but doesn't use any AS/400
CPU for formatting datastreams.  It's "out of the box" functionality
is very good.  Please contact me off-list if you would like to discuss
this in more information.
