Don't count on *ALWPTF to solve the issue--I've run into this enough times
that we went back and re-wrote our security procedures.

Whether they come from IBM or not, PTFs with system state programs, anything
to do with Service Director, and a fair portion of those making changes via
objects in the IFS never seem to work right without *ALL.
