Some websites only run well in certain browsers. Esp. if you are using a website with certain programmed features. (I know this bites but it happens). Normally these sites are designed to run in explorer so I can justify needing to use it. Additionally if all of the computers have opera and the sysadmin recommends the employees use it then it may be nice to "force" users to work with it, for safety or security reasons.

Beyond that, however, why are you making browser assumptions? Why not
do:

STRPCCMD PCCMD('start http://www.cnn.com') PAUSE(*NO)

And let the PC launch whatever the default browser is.
