I got the following email today from IBM:

IBM has responded to your Design Change Request as follows: 

User Group Number - MR1008046432
Document Status - Acknowledged
Title - CPYFRMIMPF improvement

IBM agrees with the request and  a solution appears to be desirable and
feasible. IBM intends to provide a solution. However IBM's plans may change
and no commitment is made that a solution will be provided.

The DCR was to properly handle the " (FLDDLM) character in the
CPYTOIMPF/CPYFRMIMPF commands when it occurred within a field such as:

12345,"text","more text","15" Italian Pizza","Mmmm good"
                            =

Some of you will remember this discussion SOLELY because pizza was involved.
