To quiese MQ Series:

On Versions 5.2 or later, use the ENDMQM command: ENDMQM MQMNAME(*ALL)
OPTION(*CNTRLD) ENDCCTJOB(*YES) TIMEOUT(15)

This should end all of your MQ Series jobs, leaving only the SBS active.
What would be the point of waiting an hour?
