I searched all over

Mentions a card on the Sxx box that won't work after V5R2.  Therefore I 
think we can assume, in general, that the Sxx box is supported under V5R3. 
 However I would check out all three of these versions to see if any of 
your cards bit the dust.

Officially you should upgrade to V5R1 or V5R2 and then upgrade to V5R3.

Since I see Domino god indications all over your signature I would 
strongly suggest you check out Domino compatibilities.  I know that Domino 
Server R5 does not work on V5R3.
