See Dan Bale's response. I tried this once. The result was that the system 
automatically invoked the MAKEAMESS program.... :-))

Yes I put this in but what I want to know is if the files in QSPL can be 
removed.

I have heard that there are those who delete these members and I was told 
that it could cause damage. What specifically are those members and what 
will happen if someone deleted them?

We have the names of the files as: Q01234N004 *FILE PF-DTA Spool 
Data Base File
