You shouldn't need to, are you authorized to view SMTP attributes?
(*ducking*)

Try drilling down to SMTP in Ops Nav, right click>Properties and you should
see the Mail Router on the General tab.

How do I see what mail router is defined on our 820?  When I do a CHGSMTPA,
I see  *SAME for all attributes.  Do I need to stop the QMSF jobs first?
