This is their web page for SRC errors and troubleshooting.

What I found there, and maybe you know this already, was a B1xx is an IPL
"Load Device Failure" which could mean any number of additional errors both
hardware and software.

There is a list of Manual Normal Auto Secure with a corresponding light
next
to it, as the blue button is pushed they light up sequentially.

We took the front cover off and played with the key (the key looks like a
piece of plastic that you insert into the machine (no turning like a normal
key would), We were not sure if it was seating fully.

We now can set the IPL mode and when we set it to 2 D we end up getting a
new SRC code B103 1933 which again is a pain in the AS.... to find what it
means.

We are currently searching for the meaning and if anyone know what it means
I would appreciate a reply.

Thanks for everyone's assistance on this even though I am not much further
along I feel I may be getting closer if I can get the meaning of SRC B103
1933

Is the model 500 like some of the other models and it doesn't show N for
Normal, nor M for Manual? Instead it shows someone masturba... for Manual
and an 'OK' for Normal. There should be a Rosetta stone or some other
hieroglyphics translator attached to the machine which will show you that.
It's about the size of a sheet of paper. We took ours off of an old
machine and keep moving it to a newer one. Basically, pressing the white
button will do nothing, if you are not in Manual mode. Also, you cannot
select certain IPL options, unless you are in Manual mode.
