Using QNTC I can see Server but no files -- MIDRANGE-L

I am using WRKLNK '/QNTC'  and I can see our W2K Server
But when I use option 5 on the Server (or do WRKLNK '/QNTC/Server/*') I
cannot see any anything
 
I have been told there are shares created on the Server 
My User Id and Password on the iSeries and the Server match (including
case).
I can see the server in Network Places.
 
Could anyone suggest why I can see the server but none of the files?
