Hmmm. Seems that Don's being a tad cynical today. I differ on his view of certification but then I see some of the work that uncertified people do...... Doesn't mean the uncertified are unqualified but most certified folks don't make those mistakes.

Check out this link for the list of iSeries certifications and what the requirements are. There is education for much of this material but it's not listed here.
