Bear in mind this won't be 100% accurate, as zip codes can span county lines.
Unless you do full geocoding or use Zip+4, the 5 digit zip will only give you
the primary county for that zip code.  Good zip codes DB's will identify which
zips cross county boundaries so you can subset those customers for more accurate
assignment.
