I've noticed that STRDBG on a V5R2 system I'm using takes several seconds to
startup.  Once started, debug works fine.  The system (825) is otherwise
very fast.

Some of last entries in the program stack, are:
chooseDebugMode__Fv
initiateGraphicalDebug_Fv
QRCVDTAQ

Is this a configuration issue ?
I'm just using a CA emulator.
