The Power Distribution Unit should be just that and downstream of the
UPS, but feedable thru the Maintenance Bypass switch which is
just downstream of the Automatic Transfer switch. In the event of a UPS
Failure, or long duration Maintenance project, like swamping all the
batteries. In the paranoid world I live in, this whole feed process will
be duplicated, with a redundant PDU feed to each Rack, and 6-20AMP outlets
from each PDU. Then the servers with redundant pwr supplies are tied to
the separate Pwr feeds.

UPS (9910-P33) is connected to the PDU, and the iSeries and HMC are
connected to the UPS. Stuff like the external DVD can be connected to the
PDU.
