You can add labels to Tables, Views, and Indexes in SQL.  I think the
commands are "Label On Table Is 'xxx...'"  Up to something like 50
characters.  You can add extended comments similarly by doing "Comment
On Index Is 'xxx...'" up to 2000 characters.
