Jerry: Beyond everything else that's said about this, keep in mind that the *QRYDFN might have no relationship to whether or not output goes to a particular outfile or the output is done *ADD or *REPLACE. These can be specified directly on the RUNQRY command (or when run via WRKQRY). What's in the *QRYDFN might never be in effect. You'll want to review everywhere the query is actually run.
