Short of doing WRKQRY, no, not easily.  IBM decided long ago that WRKQRY is
an end-user tool, so why provide any programmer-friendly way of working with
*QRYDFNs?

I saw the other responses to use RTVQMQRY, but I don't think that will give
you the information you're seeking.

If you're into self-abuse, you could try doing a DMPOBJ on them and picking
your way through the garbage.
