Pretty sure I need to unmap and remap telling it NOT to use my Windows logon
(different from 400) and let me enter my 400 id and pw. Maybe if things
quiet down (which I doubt is gonna happen since trying to get data from 3
different vendors in 3 different formats reconciled to same counts) I will
try and then repost

Mark,

Did you get a resolution to this? When "mapping" did you specify the
profile taht actually has the "RWX" permissions or did you let it default to
your current Windows logon profile?

Created a shared folder/drive called ZPDI, see it as shared, drive mapped to
it on my PC, copied AS/400 file to it using CPYTOIMPF, but try to open it in
Windows just get msg dialog saying access denied, know I've done this
before, what am I missing?????

I checked the permission and I have RWX authority.
