BTU Question for a small Computer room

HI Perhaps someone knows about this stuff- I need to tell the boss how much BTU 
the computer room needs. It contains the infamous Iseries 270, 6 Windows server 
towers, a Cisco rack, Exchange server, UPS, and Phone. If this is too general 
info, OK where do I find out about this sort of thing?
