There's a tool available that we use called SAVOUTQ from Generic Software.
It's not real expensive and works pretty well.

It's not.

At least without some additional software or work on your part,  IBM's BRMS
license program will do it, also various third party packages.

You can also roll your own using various API's to pull the data from the
spool files.

Check out the archives, I'm sure there is more in there about how to do it.
