Sorry, you can't put an exit program on the "CALL" command, it is
specifically blocked.  I don't know the exact reason why, but some good
candidate reasons are:

 

1.    The performance overhead could be horrendous.

2.    An error in your exit program could prevent any program from being
called.

3.    The call to the exit program itself would generate the need to
call the exit program, thereby starting an infinite loop.
