Remember, this is a web-based software installation program we're talking about. It's a java-based program that runs on the user's desktop machine that's got access to both the 400 and the web. It downloads a save file from our web server and uploads it to the customer 400. Opening up, and signing on, to even the most basic Telnet session possible would probably more than double the size and complexity of our web-based installer. -- JHHL
