We do. It'd have to become a 2-pronged test - i.e., if IBM would include the OS name somewhere so it can be retrieved. So, is 'OS/400' tucked away somewhere in a message description or something? Have never had to look.

Could become another example of what happens when you assume!

How many software vendors depend on ascending version numbers?  For
what?  I'm just wondering.
