Sorry, I've not tried a 342 on the RS/6000.   But either it or the Exabyte
8900 should work fine.  Most any SCSI disk or tape should work on an
RS/6000.

Given Carl's experience with the 3570, maybe you'll get lucky with the 341
on the AS/400.
