What it will come down to is the business case for why you really need to 
know what was typed on the remote machine.  I think you will have a tough 
time making the case.  If you want to know what was typed on the client 
then go audit your client.   What the command was on the client is 
irrelevant, what you need to know is that your customer master file was 
downloaded by the sales guy that is waiting outside your door to turn in 
his resignation.
