If you loaded V5R2 prior to the LIC fixes for the new hardware announced
early in '03, you would have to re-slip LIC.

Just curious. Why would you _want_ to reload the LIC on any system? I
know it can be required at time, but you seem to have a desire to do it
when it's not required. I can't imagine why.
