We thought about propane.  However our generator is sized to run the whole 
building, lights, air, etc.  And the building is just your basic single 
story windowless metal frame jobby.  And, the size of the propane tank 
just to run two days would have been enormous.

Cjg,

Natural Gas lines have been known to blow up.  And when they do,
they take a lot of other utilities with them...such as power
lines.

Just depends on how Uninterruptible you want to be!
