There are two possible solutions. If you are on V5R2, the best solution
would probably be to use the new Retrieve Identity of Last Spooled File
Created (QSPRILSP) API.

You could also use the QIBM_NOTIFY_CRTSPLF environment variable to identify
a data queue that is updated when a spooled file is created. Record type 02
on that data queue will contain the name of the job that owns the spooled
file and the name of the job that created it. You can find more information
about this solution in Chapter 3 of the Printer Device Programming book.
