They only reply after the situation is resolved.  Lousy customer service 
but they probably feel they are wasting their time and yours by replying 
back with 'we are working on it'.

I managed to get in about 5 mins ago, by select search for fixes, instead 
of
individual fixes.

Strange huh.

Yeh, Ive had no response on that either, and I emailed them hours ago.

Presumably no-one is monitoring those email addresses, which is pretty 
poor
for IBM.
