Due to some missing tapes, or a corrupted tape, I have been unable to
install a licensed program.  The current installation status is *ERROR.  I
tried to remove and then re-install the licensed program with the same
result.

Anybody "retro" enough to be running V3R2M0 AND have a 1/4" tape drive?  If
you could do a save licensed program on 5763-ST1 I would be very grateful
(I'll pick up the Fed Ex cost).
