Put an initial program (INLPGM) on the user profile(s) in question.  This
program is called when signing on.  In this program do a RTVJOBA JOB(&JOB).
&JOB should be the device name.  If &JOB is not in the valid list of
devices, then don't allow the sign on.  If there are a number of users each
with a different set of valid device(s) you could set up a file and get the
info from there.
