If specifying the proper call stack information on RCVMSG doesn't work (as I suspect) then the QMHLJOBL API will give you the message key. You can use that on RMVMSG to remove that specific message.

Build the list from the bottom (direction *PRV, starting key x'ffffffff') and restrict it to only a few (dozen) messages. Should be fast enough.
