how does iAW convert to PDF w/o Infoprint server? -- MIDRANGE-L

Just wondering how iSeries Access for Web can convert spool files to PDF yet
iSeries Navigator requires Infoprint Server install to be able to do the
same thing.

Is it just me or does this make no sense to everyone but IBM?
