Configuring TFTP under 5.1 -- MIDRANGE-L

I have setup the tftp server to a directory on the IFS.  "\TFTP" and placed
a sub directory in it.  Also a file.  Owner of the directory, sub-directory
and file is QTFTP.  I try to tftp the file to my PC and get an error 'TFTP:2
Inaccessible path specified".  On the chgtftpa under altsrcdir I put
"\TFTP".  Is that correct?  I am reading the V5R1 manual about it and well I
cannot see what I have done wrong.
