Seeking Synon Knowledge

HI I am seeking a pro bono situation where I can learn Synon from you. My 
unemployment period is now in its second year, during which time, I have had 
only about 5 months of 'consulting'. Since August, one interview for an AS/400 
Operator position. So I am not going anywhere fast, and I need help fast. 
 
I can pay a token amount now, and if it leads to a full time position, I can 
repay you.
 
Please do not flame, scam, tell me this is the wrong forum, etc... Whatever, 
you try supporting a family with no job.
