Most dts's (date/time stamps) in OS/400 lack the UTC offset, so there might always be problems. I don't think however that journalling is one of the critical areas. The main 'key' when using journalling is a sequence number. DTS's are mostly used to locate the sequence number. But of cause - if you want to roll back to Oct 26 at 01:30 you have to think twice if you're doing the right thing. Sure. If you can afford a shutdown for 1-2 hours and a 'real man' awake at that time (or a shutdown until Monday morning, this is a method that can'g give any problems.
