I agree Al, they should have, and it is the second time this has been done
in the recent past.  Once a V5R1 and now V5R2.

Mainly when I have had problems, it has been resolved by a "bunch if IPLs"
(read a long long time, the last one, a full coffee pots worth!)   and a
NEW cumulative fix package that gets partially applied about 3 times before
the whole thing finally gets on and then life is good.

To avoid problems, get a copy of the refresh code.  (I carry a new copy
with me everywhere just in case)
