I called IBM and it ends up that that there was a PTF we applied that did
not come with a seperate
PTF that it needed (IBM's bad), so the IBM tech got us back printing in
less than 5 minutes (IBM's good..).

did your Print Services Facility (PSF) program get properly updated?
If you check the Display Installed Products, are they all
current?
